Toronto has until 11:59 p.m. ET Monday night to tender contracts to its four arbitration-eligible players. Arencibia, left-hander Brett Cecil, outfielder Colby Rasmus and right-hander Esmil Rogers must receive a tender before the deadline otherwise they immediately become free agents.
