Infielder Adam Kennedy is planning to make a comeback attempt in 2014, MLBTR has learned. Kennedy, who will turn 38 in January, sat out the 2013 season and will work out for Major League teams in the second week of January.

There must be something in the water. First former Cardinals starting pitcher Mark Mulder announced he's mounting a comeback attempt at age 36, and now we learn that former, two time Cardinals infielder Adam Kennedy is too.
