I think the Cardinals will make a call regarding Tulo, but that doesn't mean a deal will ever get done. As Troy pointed out, the Rockies would have to get a lot in return.
For instance, would the Cardinals be willing to part with slugging first baseman Matt Adams, second baseman Kolten Wong and outfield prospect Oscar Tavares? Would a pitcher be part of the mix? Would the Rockies win that deal if they toss in other pieces?
