The concept of the Cardinals using almost exclusively a Kiddie Korps bullpen in the late innings had been “evolving,” said pitching coach Derek Lilliquist Saturday night. But it became official on Sept. 23 in the first game of the Cardinals’ final home stand of the season against Washington.
