Manager Mike Matheny on Thursday announced the Cardinals' rotation plans for the first three games of the National League Championship Series, and as expected, Joe Kelly will start Game 1 on Friday (live on TBS at 7:30 p.m. CT), Michael Wacha will follow in Game 2 and then Adam Wainwright will toss Game 3 in Los Angeles.
