The Texas Rangers have transferred designated hitter Lance Berkman to Frisco to continue his rehab assignment. The 15-year big leaguer is expected to serve as the DH for the 'Riders on Tuesday and Wednesday when the team hosts the Springfield Cardinals at Dr Pepper Ballpark. Berkman is rehabbing from inflammation in his left hip.
