Jaime Garcia Begins Throwing; September Call-Ups Coming
There is still a long road ahead in the recovery for Jaime Garcia, but on Monday the St. Louis Cardinals left-hander was as all smiles as he made his first throws since shoulder surgery just over three months ago.
