Rays Sign Dominican Catcher Rafelin Guzman

Guzman was a DPL Allstar and was selected to the DPL Elite travel team in 2013. He trained with Fausto Mejia in Bonao, He´s is one of the younger players in the DPL but has a very strong 6-foot-1, 195-pound build that is ideal for a catcher.
