Matt Adams Earning His Stripes With Cardinals
Philipsburg native Matt Adams spent May and June of 2012 in the bigs, but this is his first full Major League season with the Cardinals. He's given the team a bit of a problem - .294 batting average, 9 home runs this year - and in limited time. Because of his production, this month the Cardinals started shifting players to get him into more games.
