Hector Luna Leaves Game With Knee Discomfort

Hector Luna felt discomfort in his left knee when he grounded out to third during his at bat in the 2nd inning of today's game against the Yakult Swallows. Luna first started feeling some pain in his knee about a week ago. He was removed from the game on defense in the 3rd inning as a precaution. The team trainer told reporters that there was no swelling and no need for him to go to the hospital. Luna said he hoped to return to the line-up in time for the Hanshin series that begins on the 9th.
