Major League Baseball has an open lawsuit against Biogenesis, the South Florida "anti-aging" clinic that has been accused of supplying performance-enhancing drugs to upwards of 20 players. A motion to dismiss the lawsuit has been denied by Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Ronald Resnick, per miamiherald.com.
