Carlos Martinez On The Move Before Oscar Taveras & Michael Wacha

If true, the Cardinals are clearly open to moving one of their three top prospects and as Frank Cusumano mentioned last week during our Mid Season Special, Carlos Martinez would be offered before either Oscar Taveras or Michael Wacha.
