Allen Craig: A Testament To One Of Baseball's Best Organizations
When thinking about the best organizations in Major League Baseball, the name that comes to the forefront is the St. Louis Cardinals. The Cardinals are in baseball’s upper echelon because they do many things well, but what they do better than anyone is develop talent and get that talent to the Big Leagues. Developing talent and getting it to the big leagues is the recipe for success in October, as the concept of buying championships seems to dying fast. The best teams have a core of young guys who know the system and play within the system, and the Cardinals certainly have this down to a science.
