Cardinals Face A Familiar Face Tonight In Edwin Jackson

After losing 4-2 to the Cubs last night, the Cardinals' bats will look to bounce back against former Cardinals' pitcher Edwin Jackson at Busch.

The Cardinals enter tonight’s game not having won back-to-back games since June 9-11 but still owning a 2.5-game lead over the Reds in the division. The Pirates, who are in the middle of a series in Cincinnati, are right behind with a three-game deficit. Though the Cardinals’ schedule has gotten easier over the last week-plus, the club has not used that as an opportunity to create some distance in the division. The team has rotated from win to loss each day since June 11.
