In May 2009, only weeks before Trevor Rosenthal’s name would surface in the St. Louis Cardinals draft room, area scout Aaron Looper pulled out of his Oklahoma City driveway for what seemed like the 100th time in the spring, hopped on I-35 and headed north to Wichita, Kan.
