Alex Castellanos Called Up

The Dodgers promoted reliever Chris Withrow and outfielder Alex Castellanos from Triple-A Albuquerque on Tuesday, placing Scott Van Slyke on the 15-day disabled list with left shoulder bursitis and optioning infielder Justin Sellers.
