Reliever Octavio Dotel (elbow) is still not quite ready to begin even a rehab assignment. He continues to recover in Lakeland. "He threw at 70 percent and said he felt good," Leyland said. "When he throws 100 percent and feels good, then we will send him out on a rehab assignment."
