2013 MLB Draft: Texas/Oklahoma Region
The likely first or second overall pick, Jonathan Gray, leads this list. The prep bats are strong and the college arms have more potential beyond what they have shown in college. There could be #2/3 starters ranked as low as the 20's on this list if they can correct flaws and develop secondaries and/or command. It's an interesting region.
