Hunter Engineering CEO Stephen Brauer Resigns From Ameren Board
Stephen Brauer, chairman, president and CEO of Hunter Engineering Co., resigned Monday from Ameren Corp.'s board of directors and told the company he didn’t want to be considered for election to Ameren's board at its annual meeting Tuesday, according to a regulatory filing.
