Adam Heisler Promoted From Single-A Kannapolis To A-Advanced Winston-Salem

The Kannapolis Intimidators, Class A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, have promoted center fielder Adam Heisler to Class A-Advanced Winston-Salem today, the second Intimidator to make the move up this season. Heisler hit .324 (22-68) with a home run and nine RBI, reaching base safely in all 19 games he played for Kannapolis, tying for the longest streak in the South Atlantic League this season. Heisler also scored 15 runs, tying for sixth-most on the circuit. The White Sox signed him as a free agent in August of 2011, and he finished his 2012 campaign in Kannapolis, appearing in 35 games for the Intimidators.
