State College Spikes manager of promotions and community relations David Wells has been honored by the Chamber of Business and Industry of Centre County (CBICC) as winner of its 2013 Spirit Award. He was presented his award as part of the Chamber's annual Awards Gala, which was held on March 13 at the State Theatre in Downtown State College.
