Mike Mathney Pregame Notes 3/3/13

Mike Matheny is still in a considerable amount of pain after missing the Cards game on Friday in Kissimmee with food poisoning and what he thought was a herniated disc. Matheny did manage yesterday and is here in Viera today but is not doing well. The food poisoning isn't an issue, that's long gone, but it turns out the herniated disc is actually a ruptured disc where particles are pushing against a nerve in his back.
