Mike Matheny Has "Good Idea" How 5th Starter Will Be Used Next In Spring

He stopped short of saying he knew who his 5th starter would be between Joe Kelly and Shelby Miller, but manager Mike Matheny did admit he's figured out what the pitching arrangement will be the next time through the rotation.
