Oakland Signs Two International Free Agents

The A's have agreed to terms with two international amateur players: 6-foot-4, 210-pound third baseman Miguel Mercedes, 17, from the Dominican Republic, and 5-10, 170-pound infielder Jean Carlo Rodriguez, 17, from Panama.
