Mike Shildt, Springfield Gear Up For 2013 Season
Springfield Cardinals manager Mike Shildt gave almost 40 minutes of his time to about 200 fans Wednesday at Hammons Field, hinting of the prospects that might come through here this summer and talking about last year’s pennant run, including the story of a big-leaguer’s well-timed pep talk.
