Jake Westbrook As The Second Starter?

I worry about the number two starter. Papa Dunc was on the show on Friday and said that if Jake Westbrook were healthy, Jake would be his number two. That makes me uncomfortable. To me, Jake Westbrook is a number four or a number five on a good team. If you are in a situation where you have to have him as your number two it creates problems.
