The Quad Cities River Bandits broke a 7-7 tie in the 12th inning when Michael Swinson (1-for-5) singled to left field to score Oscar Taveras (4-for-7) from third in a 8-7 walk-off win in the series opener with the Bowling Green Hot Rods on Saturday night in front of 5,701 fans at Modern Woodmen Park.
The Quad-Cities River Bandits seemingly had as many lives as the featured entertainer at Modern Woodmen Park on Saturday night.
