Games of The Day 7-4-11
The Reds are two games behind the Cardinals (and the Brewers) as Cincinnati sends Johnny Cueto against St. Louis and Chris Carpenter. Cueto pitches lights out on the road this season, with just 10 walks and two home runs allowed in 41 2/3 innings, good for a 1.73 ERA. Carpenter found his groove recently, walking just two batters and striking out 12 in his last 16 innings.
