The Quad Cities River Bandits and Dayton Dragons battled back and forth for nine innings before the Dragons scored four runs in the final frame for the 12-8 win Thursday, in front of 5,068 fans at Modern Woodmen Park. The loss ends the Bandits season-high six game winning streak.
Dayton batted around in the first and ninth innings Thursday night at Modern Woodmen Park, but it wasn't the Dragons' four-run ninth that had Quad-Cities manager Johnny Rodriguez fuming after a 12-8 loss ended the River Bandits' six-game win streak.
