Batavia Wins Four In A Row
Muckdogs hammer down the dull Spikes 16 to 3. This makes it 4 in a row for Batavia. Denean Hill won’t be allowed to leave Batavia, as the Muckdogs are unbeaten on her visit. Her son Virgil had been the savior for the Muckdogs on Tuesday and Wednesday night. Tuesday in the bottom of the 8th Virgil hit a 2 run homer to give the Muckdogs the lead 2 to 1. On Wednesday, Virgil lead off the bottom of the ninth with a triple and Cesar Valera singled him in for a 2 to 1 walk-off win.
