Tony Valentin Hands Troubled Santurce Franchise Over To Puerto Rican League

Those who harbored hopes of seeing the return of the Santurce Crabbers 2011-12 campaign of the League of Professional Baseball of Puerto Rico (now known as Puerto Rico Baseball League, PRBL), know that will not happen.
