Ricardo Rincon Joins Monterrey On Loan From Minatitlan

lefty reliever Ricardo Rincon reaches Sultans and joined the team in Reynosa, arrives on loan for the rest of the season, Oilers from Minatitlan. Comes to contribute their vast experience of 11 major league seasons and 11 in the Mexican League.
