Joplin Resident, Who Helped With Springfield Stadium, Passes Away From Fungal Infection After Tornado

Dale Arsenault liked to work with texture and sheet rock. He helped construct Springfield landmarks such as the Bass Pro Shop Outdoor World and the Springfield Cardinals baseball stadium.
