Cardinals, Royals Working Their Way Through Lean Times
The Cardinals and Royals play in stadiums separated by nearly 250 miles of highway, but the two Missouri teams are also connected by a common bond. Both St. Louis and Kansas City have fallen on hard times of late, injecting new perspective to a promising season and increased drama to Saturday's game.
