Should the Cardinals be concerned with closer Fernando Salas? He's talented. He has composure. He's going to be an important piece of the bullpen. But in leaving a pitch up and surrendering the game-winning HR to Toronto slugger Jose Bautista on Friday night, Salas continued a recent trend.
