The distant Dutch city of Rotterdam is becoming an escape hatch for Cuban players.
Gerardo Concepcion, just 18, escaped from Cuba team that is contesting the World Port Tournament, the same event that in its last edition two years ago, fellow lefty escaped Aroldis Chapman.
