Lefthander Josh Osich threw Oregon State's first complete-game no-hitter since 1947 in the Beavers' 2-0 win at UCLA. Osich struck out 13 and allowed just one baserunner—a fourth-inning walk to Dean Espy. It was the fourth no-hitter in Oregon State history. "It's the greatest feeling," Osich told BA afterward. "I don't even know how to explain it."
