Rick Ankiel Sitting With Wrist Injury Again
Nationals center fielder Rick Ankiel is out of the lineup for the second straight night, still nursing a sore wrist after attempt two sliding catches on Monday night against the Giants. Manager Jim Riggleman said Ankiel "did a little more to it than we thought," though he said it wasn't bad enough to warrant a MRI.
