Rays Sign 17-Year Old Right-Handed Pitcher Andres Gonzalez

Andrew Gabriel Gonzalez is the name of this native of Bolivar state, the professional who just signed with Tampa as a result of the Future Stars Baseball Academy (FSBA) and his agent Jose Luis Montero.
