Quad Cities Shuffles Rotation

The Cardinals have shuffled the River Bandits pitching rotation but are retaining a six-pitcher rotation.

Anthony Ferrara worked Tuesday’s game at Peoria. He’ll be followed by Kevin Siegrist tonight, Zach Russell on Thursday, and Dominican prospect Carlos Martinez when Quad-Cities returns home Friday. Seth Blair gets the start on Saturday, followed by Trevor Rosenthal.

That keeps Martinez in line to pitch for Quad-Cities in its May 26 game at St. Louis’ Busch Stadium.
