Monclova Places Nerio Rodriguez On Waivers

Steelers reports that the organization makes a move to acquire the services of the Dominican outfielder, VICTOR MENDEZ who arrives in the place of fellow Dominican pitcher Nerio Rodriguez, who was discharged.
