With good power but low batting average, outfielder Kyle Conley has been promoted to the Palm Beach Cardinals of the Florida State League.
Left-hander Ryan Copeland, a Des Plaines, Ill., native who was the 2010 Appalachian League pitcher of the year, and second baseman Starlin Rodriguez joined the Quad-Cities River Bandits on Wednesday.
