Coaches: Shelby Miller Close, Just Not Ready Yet For Springfield

With 42 strikeouts already in 28 innings, the St. Louis Cardinals' top pitching prospect, Shelby Miller, appears close to graduating from the high Class A Florida State League to the Double-A Springfield Cardinals.
