Brett Wallace Extends Hitting Streak To Ten Games
First baseman Brett Wallace extended his hitting streak to 10 games in his first at-bat on Sunday with an infield single off the glove of Brewers shortstop Yuniesky Betancourt. The streak continued despite Wallace's pinch-hit walk in his only plate appearance on Saturday, a day after he left Friday's game with a hip contusion.
