Bernie Bytes 5-3-11: 6th Spot Key For Cardinals
The Cardinals just didn't lose their 3B when David Freese got smacked on the hand in Sunday's game in Atlanta. They lost a guy who was doing very well in an important part of the lineup, batting sixth. The Cardinals' lineup was deep and dangerous with Freese pumping a .353 batting average in the No. 6 slot.
