First Win Of The Season Always Makes For A Happy Day
It has been well established, after 4,938 games as a major-league manager, that Tony La Russa does not like to lose. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a game in April, July or October, if the scoreboard shows his team is behind and the game is over, he is not going to be in a good mood.
