Now that the Albert Pujols contract frenzy has subsided and Adam Wainwright's Tommy John surgery is in the books, the St. Louis Cardinals have embraced the same mix of boredom, routine, casual banter and sophomoric humor that defines life in 29 other Major League Baseball camps.
