A few early tidbits, prior to our morning session with TLR:
Lance Lynn takes the ball this afternoon in place of Chris Carpenter (left hamstring) as the Cardinals face the Detroit Tigers at Roger Dean Stadium. The start represents Lynn's third outing of spring, following his three shutout innings against the New York Mets on March 2 and Monday's two-run, two-inning appearance against the Minnesota Twins in Fort Myers.
