Union Head Talks Labor Negotiations, Albert Pujols, Player Ownership

Major League Baseball Players Association executive director Michael Weiner made the first stop of his annual tour of spring training clubhouses, meeting with the St. Louis Cardinals for more than the planned 90 minutes.
Michael Weiner, the head of the players' association, and Cardinals manager Tony La Russa "kidded each other" Monday during their first face-to-face meeting since La Russa accused the union of pressuring Albert Pujols to "set the bar' with his next contract.
