Team #19: Cardinals
If we only looked at the Top 10 of an organization, the Cardinals might not have moved much from last year’s dismal rankings (TEAM #29 – St. Louis Cardinals ). But here at Diamond Futures we look at the strength of the entire Minor League system and few systems in the League possess the depth as that possessed by the Cardinals.
